Job Title： CS Intern-SH/ 客户服务实习生-上海
Location： Shanghai/上海（长宁区福泉北路）
Department ：Supply Chain/供应链

Order Process:
1. Daily order processing in SAP system and coordination to achieve the customer case-fill target.
2. Daily order communication with X-function on order details
3. Generate stock, credit report during daily order operation
4. Monthly order analysis to dig out root cause

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree above; prefer Master degree 
2. Be patient; 
3. Good communication skills;
4. Work at least 3-4 days/week for 3 months.

1）China & Japan Market Trend Analysis： 对中国及日本地区洗发用品市场进行趋势分析，主要是抓住中国和日本市场最新的趋势；

2）Payment Support :从合同拟定到报价审核到付款到账，保证项目整个付款流程顺利完成。了解一个team对上百个项目的预算平衡保持的问题。手把手教会付款工具的使用。

3） Ad-hoc Research:针对不同主题和要求，使用多种Data Mining工具,联合利华各种agency资源，完成research deck. 例如：清扬新任代言人测评等。
