Position Title: CCT Intern/客户服务实习生
Department: Supply Chain/供应链
Location: Shanghai/上海（长宁区福泉北路）

Job Responsibilities:
- Keep close contact and quick to resolve questions raised by customer
- Responsible for day to day KC order
- Daily track order status and coordination to achieve the customer case-fill target.
- Handle customer daily inquiry and delivery issue
- Provide reports to sales team (including capping balance report, stock report etc.)
- System related operation (SAP)

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-Be patient;
-Good communication skills;
-Can work at least 4 days per week for 6 months;
-Computer (SAP, Excel, PPT skill);

1）China & Japan Market Trend Analysis： 对中国及日本地区洗发用品市场进行趋势分析，主要是抓住中国和日本市场最新的趋势；

2）Payment Support :从合同拟定到报价审核到付款到账，保证项目整个付款流程顺利完成。了解一个team对上百个项目的预算平衡保持的问题。手把手教会付款工具的使用。

3） Ad-hoc Research:针对不同主题和要求，使用多种Data Mining工具,联合利华各种agency资源，完成research deck. 例如：清扬新任代言人测评等。
