This position will be part of our Supply Chain department with a focus on customer transaction management across 30 different countries that we are operating in.Your role will involve but not limited to:Processing customer's payments and refunds within the set deadlinesResolving disputes on payments and refunds in a timely mannerGiving regular updates to our major partnersConfirming affiliate commissionReporting on a monthly basis total payments and refundsCommunicating with Manager potential issues and problems on daily basisMarketplace and affiliate supporting (shipments and ordering)The Qualified CandidatesA graduate with a Bachelor Degree from a reputable UniversityProficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other Office productsComputer savvy or enjoy doing work in front of a computerExcellent attention to details and at working with a large quantity of numerical dataBusiness level of English; especially in writing
