    Job responsibilities:
Thisrole provides AOP (budget) support to Kraft Heinz AMEA PPM including but notlimited to below areas: analysis and planning activities for AMEA IT Operationalcostconsolidation of multiple business units’ budgetdatarun rate analysis and benchmarkinggap analysis (vs. target)cost structure analysis & saving initiativessubmission file preparation (in KHC standardformat)SharePoint Team site content managementAd-hoc tasks (e.g. mini project, informationgathering, documentation)           Communication & Translation

Job Requirement/工作要求:
Ø  Bachelor degree or above. Major in Finance preferred. Ø  Basic understanding of Information Technology Ø  Good understanding of financial analysis, budget & actual analysis Ø  Good communicator – verbal and written – with strong negotiation and influencing skills Ø  Pro-active, flexible and able to handle many conflicting priorities Ø  Fast learner with self-motivation Ø  Good command of English Ø  Previous experience of working in a multi-culture team would be a plus Ø  Ø  argettc KPIExchange experience to any AMEA countries would be a plus
