4A广告公司、国际化团队
创意部实习生
1、在校大学生，可以全职实习，或保证每周提供三天以上实习时间；
2、对广告有浓厚兴趣，对潮流敏感，兴趣广泛；
3、积极进取，能承受较强的工作压力；
4、熟练操作Photoshop/illustrator，修读美术设计专业者优先考虑；
5、英文良好
公司介绍
AP
Assist accountant to check expense reports every month
Verify VAT fapiao at each end of month
AR
Assist accountant to issue and manage VAT fapiao on a monthly basis
Send invoices and fapiaos to clients as required
Filling
Assist accountant to file finance voucher
Maintain stamp duty list
Manage PO/Quotation/SOW as needed
Maintain contracts for clients and vendors
Others
Assist accountant to deal with matters related to tax office and bank
Other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Major in accounting or finance.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Team player, detail oriented, excellent communication ability.
Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
