Assist accountant to issue and manage VAT fapiao on a monthly basis
Send invoices and fapiaos to clients as required

Filling
Assist accountant to file finance voucher
Maintain stamp duty list
Manage PO/Quotation/SOW as needed
Maintain contracts for clients and vendors

Others
Assist accountant to deal with matters related to tax office and bank
Other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:
Major in accounting or finance.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Team player, detail oriented, excellent communication ability.
Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
