As the world’s 15th largest software company, Synopsys has a long history of being a global leader in electronic design automation (EDA) and semiconductor IP, and is also growing its leadership in software security and quality solutions. Description:As part of the Shanghai GSC support team, IT Support Coordinator will provide advice and friendly hands-on technical support to Synopsys employees. IT Support Intern is responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to the maintenance of personal computers and related systems. Intern may assist in performing minor troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to PC's, application software and basic network communications. May assist in new computer configuration and tech refresh process. Intern earns the trust of customers and coworkers alike as they offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training. They will also provide assistance in updating Help Desk/Solutions Center procedures. Requirements:·         Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.·         Good knowledge of English verbal and written skills is required·         Must have basic PC, MS Office, Email and Internet experience and knowledge of Windows 7/10·         Must demonstrate computer diagnostic and troubleshooting skills·         The job requires ability to multi-task and work under pressure while meeting established productivity guidelines and flexibility to work in rotation 职位要求:·         必须具有良好的人际交往,口头和书面表达能力·         需要良好的英语口头和书面表达能力·         必须具备有关电脑,Office,电子邮件,互联网,Windows 7/10的经验和知识·         必须具备电脑诊断和故障排除技能·         能有效应对多任务和工作压力 Education:·         Undergraduate college level currently attending PT/FT·         English Language Proficiency Certification will be added advantage·         MCP/A+/MCSE will be added advantage 教育程度:·         大学本科/研究生在读·         具有国家英语水平证书·         有MCP/ A +/ MCSE证书优先考虑
