Horizon Recruitment is a dynamic, rapidly growing copmany based in Hunnan,Shenyang.
We are looking for a full-time intern for a minimum period of 6 months to join our friendly team. Preferably one year.
The successful candidate will be working closely with our experienced Recruitment Consultant and the operations team. They will be reporting to the administrator and the Head of operations.
Training will be given, and this is an excellent opportunity to gain HR experience in a thriving company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of paperwork in English
• ensuring documents are uploaded onto company website and email box
• Some HR activities
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• IT Literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, skype and Email
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Current student status and internship compulsory of their studies
• Problem solver
• Quick learner
• Multi-task oriented
