岗位职责:
运营管理类岗位：通过系统培训（集中培训+核心部门轮岗实践）后，加入管理培训体系中继续锻炼，逐步塑造成相关部门的核心管理人才。
作为公司未来的骨干人才进行培养，以中层管理人才进行指标考核，提供具有竞争力的岗位

任职资格:

1、16年或17年应届毕业生，管理类、市场营销、运动管理等相关专业；
2、在班级、院级或校级担任学生干部者优先；
3、执行力强、良好的结果导向意识； 
4、良好的学习能力、团队合作意识和沟通能力；
5、敏锐的商业意识和抗压能力。
