公司的旗舰活动“亚洲核能商务论坛”将于2018年在中国上海举办第六届国际会议,届时全球核能领域内的重要人物都将出席参加。
基于公司在能源市场的专业性,我们也将在2017年11月在塞内加尔首都达喀尔举办首届非洲太阳能商务论坛。
主要职责:
紧密配合协作的工作团队,扁平化的组织结构,你的工作将直接汇报给公司总经理。

你的工作内容包括以下几个方面:
· 建立并维护广泛且深入的客户合作关系,包括但不局限于与各行业内的高级管理人员建立良好的合作关系;
· 熟悉每个客户的具体业务及市场状况;
· 通过不断地强调商业价值,吸引全球行业内的关键人士,创造合作机会;
· 每一场会议后,管理并维系你的客户及其他重要合作伙伴;
· 协助制定会议行程;
· 为公关及市场宣传材料进行内容创作,推动销售业务的发展;
· 与各种不同的人群进行合作(如其他部门的同事、第三方供应商等),针对每一场会议进行有效沟通并制定相应市场策略;
· 把握每一次与编辑人员及会议策划者沟通及合作的机会,充分利用社交媒体的力量来提高受众群体对我们会议及项目的关注与认知,创造销售机会;
· 公司安排的其他工作。
资格及能力要求:
· 非常注意细节,良好的人际交流沟通能力及口头、书面表达能力;
· 充满热情,有较强的团队意识;
· 强烈的自我激励意识;
· 灵活、适应性强;
· 良好的英语、中文口头及书面表达能力;
· 中英文简历(必须)。

This is a firm specializing in business match making through industry specific conferences and exhibitions. The firm places a strong emphasis on the production of quality content for our conferences. With strong networks in the energy, telecommunications and technology space, we provide the best platforms for industry insiders to network and keep abreast of developments.
The firm's flagship event, Asia Nuclear Business Platform, will be held for the sixth year at Shanghai in 2018 which will be attended by global nuclear stakeholders.
Building on our expertise in energy markets, the inaugural Africa Solar Business Platform will be held in Dakar, Senegal in 2017.
Responsibilities:
We are a tightly knitted team with a flat hierarchy and you will be reporting to the Managing Director of the firm.
You are not just a cog in a large machine and will be accountable for your own success, in that process, you will enjoy the autonomy and flexibility to try different methods to achieve your goals.
A confident team player, we are looking for an extrovert who is an independent project manager, demonstrating resourcefulness and attention to detail.
You will:
•Develop and maintain broad and deep customer partnerships that involve building relationships with senior executives across industries
•Understand your clients’ Businesses and their respective markets.
•Engage Global stakeholders, close opportunities by continuously reinforcing business value
•Manage stakeholders post-conference
•Assist in creating/producing the conference agenda
•Develop and execute content creation for PR and marketing collateral to drive sales
•Works collaboratively with various parties - colleagues in other business divisions, third-party vendors - to formulate targeted communications and marketing strategy for each conference
•Take the lead, working with editorial colleagues and the Conference Producer, on utilizing the potential of social media to drive awareness of our events, and generate sales/sales leads
•Other responsibilities as assigned
