职位描述
优秀团队
1. Inventory management:
a. Assist to purchase PDMS lab consumables/equipment including getting quotation from vendor, place order in Ariba system, goods delivery receipts, approving invoice, quotation & invoice matching, and preparing payment supporting document;
b. Project related materials receiving, entering in materials management system, labeling, and delivery;
c. Responsible for reference standards, critical materials, and research reagents tracking and update.
2. Logistics coordination:
a. Assist the preparation of all required documents for domestic and international shipment request with external logistic vendors;
b. Keep contact with forwarders for shipment and arrivals/receiving, to ensure materials in appropriate shipping condition till shipping completed.
3. Training coordination:
a. Coordinate PDMS new hires to get access of training related systems, support PDMS functional onboarding training plan for new hires;
b. Track and monitor department/function training compliance, coordinate training compliance communication/questions and training system access;
c. Support corporate training curriculum application and PDMS function training curriculum;
d. Support other training activities if needed.
4. document management:
Accountable for manage and timely update but not limited to training records, handover checklist, equipment manuals & reports, goods delivery orders, logistics documents, sample submit forms, MSDS and other documents, support PDMS other archiving requests if needed
5. Contract coordination:
a. Coordinate the process of research services agreement/contract approval, submitting contract request in Request Navigator system, signing and filing contracts;
b. Track and update research services vendor database as needed.
6. Coordinate PDMS LM lab asset management, keep track the status of asset management service as scheduled, to ensure equipment installation, calibration, qualification and maintenance service meet PDMS global lab operation requirements.
7. Other lab operation activities including but not limited to activities on facility maintenance and EHS.

3. Communicate with CS team to convert clean order to sales revenue

4. Forecast vs. Actual sales weekly analysis

5. Other data capture

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with Excel. Vlookup/PivotTable is a must.
2. Supply chain or Industry Engineering related background. Preferably a master degree.. 
3. Commit at least four, preferably five working days per week
4. Logic sense is needed
5. Fast learner
6. Self-motivation and curiosity 
7. Good reading and writing in English, CET-6 is preferred.
