职责：
根据项目团队经理的指导，参与研究项目执行，内容包括且不局限于：
－研究方案的设计和研究咨询建议书的拟写
－客户行业背景和客户需求反馈分析
－启动研究项目及其相关的准备工作
－和其它团队成员一起完成研究报告
－独立参与部分研究分析，拟写报告
－参与公司和团队要求的其它资讯整理和研究工作
Job Description
Participate in the design of research projects under the guidance of the project manager, as well as the execution of projects, duties include and not limited to:
-Design of research plan and research consultation proposal;
-Background analysis of client industry and client feedback analysis;
-Participate in the preparation of new research project and other related work
-Assist other team members to complete research project for clients;
-Participate in research analysis and report writing independently
-Participate in other information reorganization and research work requested by company and team
职位要求：
- 在读本科生、研一研二硕士生，英语、统计专业优先；
- 对网络媒体及网络产业比较了解，并有浓厚兴趣；
- 热诚好学，品性坚韧，团队协作能力和沟通表达能力强
- 乐观积极，突破求新，乐于面对挑战和压力，责任心强；
- 可以独立完成一些简单的项目研究和报告撰写；
- 具有熟练的英文交流和写作能力；
- 良好的电脑应用能力，熟练使用各类办公软件；
- 具有良好的数据分析和多项目管理能力；
- 经常参与BBS论坛讨论，广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体，和持续撰写个人博客的优先；
- 具有在传统市场调研行业（包括定量分析和定量调查，问卷设计，面对面访谈等），市场营销，媒体传播，电子商务等领域工作经验者优先。
Requirements
-College Student (undergraduate);
-A strong understanding and interest in Internet media and the Internet industry;
-Diligent with moral character, good team cooperation ability and communication skills
-Ability to innovate; must welcome challenges, work hard and take ownership;
-Ability to complete research projects and write simple reports independently;
-Good speaking & writing skill in English;
-Good computer application skill, understanding of basic database applications and familiar with statistic software preferred.
-Good data analysis skills and multi-task management ability
-Regular participation in BBS forums and Blog writing is a plus
-Experience in traditional market research (qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, one-on-one interviews, focus group etc.), marketing, media, e-business preferred
