Key responsibilities:
-Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports;
-Organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for managers and/or department;
-Assist with correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc.
-Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and group/department events;
-Foreign visitor reception work, logistics coordination, itinerary arrangement, invitation letter preparation, etc.
-Staff meeting support, office space management;
-manage Dealer Portal for CS Team and bulletin releasing
-other tasks assigned by VP/VP assistant

Requirement:

 (1) At least 3 working days/week and 6 months plus
 (2) Be careful and dependable
 (3) Verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
 (4) Major in auto is preferred.
 (5) Confidentiality planning and organizing
 (6) Interpersonal skills
 (7) Customer-service orientation
 (8) Good at Microsoft office
