1) PR project support e.g. Media test drive,Auto show.
2) Daily PR Purchase Process support, includingreceiving goods with SAP system and preparing payment documents;
3) Team members’ travelplan; reimbursement submission
4)Daily meeting scheduling / meeting roomarrangement 
5)Regular document consolidation, e.g. ProjectTracker, Press Release Matrix, Project budget.
6)Other temporary team supporting 

Requirements and qualifications: 
- Major in communications, businessadministration, marketing, automobile related
- Good communication skills 
- Good PC skills (work, excel, ppt, etc.) 
- Knowledge on automobile brand and products isa plus 
- Good command of both oral and writtenEnglish. 
- 4 days per week and 6 months stable internshipis a must
