3D Modeling (CATIA V5)

Under guidance of Lead Engineer and Specialists

3D Definition of technical plastic parts Seats (LV Motor Carrier, Gearbox Housing),

3D Definition of Structure Metallic Parts (Cushion Pan, Upper X-members, etc…), under guidance of Lead Engineer and Specialists

Assembly and Kinematics CAD (CATIA V5)

Based on instructions from Lead Engineer :

Maintain Assembly structure (in CAD) of complete frame seat

Maintain Kinematic CAD of complete frame

2D Drawings (CATIA V5) :

Assist punctually different projects (Volkswagen, Rolls-Royce,…) for update, maintenance, creation of drawings (single parts and/or assemblies)

Interaction with Prototype Team (Optional depending on profile + Internship duration)

Based on instructions from Prototype Team :

Design Test Jigs (Full 3D definition, 2D creation)
