Qualifications:
• College degree with major in Computer Science or related field
• 专科以上学历，计算机或IT相关专业
• Previous IT experience preferred
• 有IT经验优先
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2007/2010.
• 比较熟悉Windows 7 和Office 2007 / 2010
• Prefer new IT technology and fast learning skill.
• 喜欢IT新技术和较强的学习能力
• Experience in PC/WAN, data and voice system support
• 熟悉PC端，网络，数据，电话系统的相关设置和管理
• Team spirit and trusted
• 有团队合作精神和忠诚
• Good communication skill
• 良好的沟通能力，工作态度和服务意识
Education and Experience:
• Past internship experience is preferred
• 有过实习生经验优先• Sophomore and junior student is preferred• 大二和大三在校生优先
Responsibilities:
• PC / network / printer / copy machine / telephone / software troubleshoot and support
• PC / 网络 / 打印机 / 复印机 / 电话 / 软件的故障解决和维护
• Install, maintain and upgrade all kind of IT equipment
• 安装，维护和更新各种各样的IT设备
• Manage IT asset and document 
• 管理IT资产和文件
• Daily meeting setup support
• 日常会议室设置支持
• Guide user to make good use of the IT equipment and software, like printer, telephone, Windows system, Office, etc.
• 指导用户使用好IT设备和软件，如打印机，电话，操作系统，办公软件等
• Collect users feedback 
• 收集用户的反馈
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned 
• 愿意接受其它分派的任务
