职位描述

五百强体验高质量实习经验高端实验室
Objective of the Position:
As team member work closely with Engineers to support the development of new process / new product of existing projects. Good coordination with the plant for pilot trials as well as lab-scale trials.

Accountability:
Develop new product (i.e., formulation DOE) and property analysis (45%)
Develop new process (i.e., mixing & molding) and industrialization (45%)
Lab EHS and 5S work according to Saint-Gobain standards (10%)

Qualification & Skills:
Major in Polymer, Chemistry, Materials Engineering.
Good at using MS office tools. Hands-on experience in lab.
Good communication and team spirit. Basic English skills.
5 days/week, last for 6 months.

Objective of the Position:

Team member supporting 3D printing research projects in Product & Process Competency labs.

Team member for hands on work in the lab including lab management, equipment operation and routine maintenances.

Support 3D printing market investigation, material scouting and information analysis.

Accountability:

Daily management: lab EHS, raw material QC, equipment usage and maintenance record etc.

Research area involves the following areas:

3D printing of ceramics and metals to make engineering products

3D printing for rapid prototyping/tooling

Produce 3D models for 3D printings

Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects of the PPC team proceed

Qualification & Skills:

MS/PhD candidates, major in mechanical engineering, materials engineering (inorganic material is favorable), or chemical engineering, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.

Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing & powder metallurgy is a plus.

Proficient in making 3D models using CAD software, familiar with various 3D printing techniques is a plus.

Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and team spirit.
