Retail Solutions (RSi), the biggest BI and data analysis service provider in retail industry, provides with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies and retailers global solution for retail Big Data.

We process 1.25+ Billion records every day that comes from hundreds of the major retailers around the world. That information is cleansed, harmonized and standardized in RSi Data Center. About Software Development Department

Retail Solutions Inc. is the largest business intelligence service & solution provider in worldwide retailing market. As the Software Development Department, our mission is to design and implement the advanced global cloud computing platform, and deliver the valuable & actionable information to our customers, to help them promote their business.

Every day, we are extracting billions of data from 150+ retailers across the world(e.g. Wal-Mart, Metro, Carrefour and etc.), loading these data into our distributed data center, processing it and mining the valuable information out, and then delivering our services to the CPG companies through internet and mobile devices, our customer includes Unilever, P&G, Pepsi and etc.

We have 3 Software Development Teams located in different places: one is in Mountain View (Silicon Valley, US); the other 2 are in UK and China. JOB Location

This position is based in Shanghai, but he/she need to do close communication with Colleagues from other countries (US, UK), so short term travels can’t be avoided.

Role & Responsibility:

Develop the advanced Business Intelligence platform, which includes ETL, Data Warehouse, OLAP Cube and etc.

Education & Certification Requirement

Bachelor or Master Degree in CS/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering

Knowledge & Experience Requirement

-          Good analytical and technical skills;

-          Understand the Software Development Lifecycle;

-          Familiar with one of the following programming languages: Java/C#/Python

-          Good DB knowledge and SQL Programming skill;

-          Proactive, willing to own and drive things forward;

教育背景 & 资质要求

计算机、数学、统计学、软件工程本科或研究生学历

技术 & 经验要求

-          逻辑分析能力强，具备扎实的技术功底和解决实际问题的创造力；

-          熟悉软件开发过程，有软件开发经验；

-          熟悉至少一种主流开发语言（C#或Java或Python）；

-          具有扎实的数据库知识和SQL编程经验；

个人特质
