Job Responsibilities1.Coordination/Analysis/Valuation/Configurationof time and process organization in work systems and work areas to improve themachines' productivity and optimize the material flow2.Leading monthlyupdate capacity simulation and evaluate the ticket by using PLD capacity &capability simulation system, PCCMT.3.Take charge ofbusiness center layout design and update per customer/process requirement4.Responsible forupdating VSM based on requirement and OEE analyze to define improvement area5.Take responsibilityto figure out manning requirement based on ticket & machine ramp uprequirement.6.Lead LEAN/6Sproject and follow up with business center partners.7.To be trainedwith EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulations;8.100% compliancewith safety policies & systems requirements;9.Responsible forthe responsibility area safety issues. Job requirement1.Bachelor/ MasterDegree of Engineering/IE2.Goodcommunication skills and leadership3.Fluent Englishin written and verbal4.Good computerskill5.Six sigma BlackBelt certified or lean specialist certified6.Work located inPulandian, Shuttle bus provided in Dalian/大连, Jinzhou/金州, Pulandian/普兰店, Dalian Development Area/大连开发区
