Responsibilities:
? Standard contract review and contract filing;
? Legal research;
? Monitor and analysis the new law, and compliance with the new law;
? Legal documents preparation as required;
? Other documents filing work;
? Assist in daily admin work.
Requirements: Studentsof Law School  Patientand detail orientated  Capableof acting proactively and be a team playerWithgood interpersonal and communication skillsSkillfulin legal writing in both Chinese and English Highlyskillful in use of Microsoft Office software, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.Betterto have experiences of working in a law related position with law firms or lawdepartment of multinational companies This internship is required to work at least 4 workingdays per week
