职位描述 / Job Description:1. 根据招聘计划,安排招聘管理流程的相关工作;Arrangement of recruitment procedure based on the recruitment plan;2. 组织和执行招聘计划,通知和安排面试等;Organize and carry out the recruitment plan, as well to arrange interviews;3. 建立并维护有效的招聘渠道,主动搜寻和挖掘合适的人选;Establish and maintain effective recruitment channels, take the initiative to search the right candidate.4. 部分其他人事及行政工作;Partial personnel and administration work;5. 完成上级领导交代的其他事宜;Others tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

职位要求 / Requirements:1. 本科及以上学历在校生,有招聘经验者优先;Bachelor degree or above students, recruiting experience is preferred;2. 熟知各类招聘渠道及各种招聘方法、技巧;Familiar with various recruitment channels and recruitment skills;3. 良好的英语听说读写能力,熟练使用电脑操作;Good command of oral and written English, with good computer skills;4. 优秀的语言表达及沟通能力,协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力;Strong expression and communication skills; good coordination capacity; friendly, observant and analytical;5. 工作耐心、积极主动、责任心强并能承受一定的工作压力;Patient, initiative and responsible, can work under pressure;
