岗位职责:1、通过接听电话和回复电子邮件提供提供最高级的客户支持;2、评估客户的需求,并以创造性、主动性的方式解决技术问题;3、通过适应不同的学习方式来迎合个别客户;4、确定技术解决方案是否可以通过电话来解决;5、必要时与产品经理和软件工程师沟通;6、其他职责:根据业务需要执行其他相关职责7、长期实习,提供转正机会; 岗位要求:1、早期教育或国际教育背景优先;2、良好的书面和口头沟通技巧;3、灵活的时间表以满足客户的需求;4、熟悉客户管理系统和微软办公软件;5、有能力理解口头和书面指示;6、愿意学习新的和创新的移动/互联网技术;7、愿意帮助和指导团队中的其他人;8、有效处理多个优先事项,组织工作量,并在最后期限前完成任务;9、最重要的是,有能力把顾客的需求放在第一位,并做一切必要的事情来满足他们的关心和要求,这是服务的最高层次,礼貌和尊重;10、良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力; Responsibilities:1、Provide highest level of customer support byanswering inbound calls and emails2、evaluate the needsof customers and work in a creative, pro-active manner to resolve technicalissues3、Cater to individualcustomers by adapting to their specific learning style.4、Determine iftechnical solution can be resolved via phone5、Communicate user’sconcerns with Product Manger and Software Engineer when necessary6、OtherResponsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on thebusiness need Requirements:1、Early Education orinternational education background preferred2、Excellent writtenand oral communications skills3、Flexible schedule toaccommodate our customer’s needs4、Customer ManagementSystems-Outlook, and MS Office Suite5、Ability to followoral and written instructions with attention to detail6、Willingness to learnnew and innovative Mobile/Internet technologies7、Willingness toassist and mentor others on the team 8、Effectively handlemultiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines9、Most importantly;have the ability to put out customer’s needs first and do everything necessaryto accommodate their concerns and requests with the highest level of service,courtesy and respect10、Excellent verbal andwritten skills in Mandarin and English required.
