1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）Prepares, scales up and purify compounds and provide other chemistry support to the team2.Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
(Major functions of the position)                                （职位的首要职能）· Remains current in organic synthesis. Explores synthetic routes to specific target compounds with the assistance of supervisors. Has good understanding of the reactivity and functional group compatibility of intermediates and reagents employed, and is able to identify and solve many reaction problems.· Prepares, scales up and purify new compounds and known compounds for in vitro and in vivo evaluation in a timely manner. Maintains an accurate and current lab notebook and analytical data according; records all necessary information.· Understands and effectively conducts laboratory experiments utilizing established internal and existing literature procedures. evaluates and solves synthetic problems with the assistance of supervisors; characterizes reaction products. Is a skilled user of all standard laboratory apparatus for synthesis and purification.· Writes up experimental procedures and data for publication or patent filing.· Shares information about results and status of work in an accurate, timely and proactive manner within lab team, and upon request within chemistry project team.· Understands infrastructure of chemistry department and neighboring disciplines and knows whom to contact to find solutions. Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and teamwork.· Maintains a safe and organized work environment. Complies with relevant SOP’s. 
3. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 · An MS or PhD candiate. Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力 · At least one year of lab experience in organic synthesis.· Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team  Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 · English: fluent in reading and writing· The following are highly preferred: Be able to converse in English

Ø Support manager on procurement routine reporting and collect related data;

Ø Assist communication with external suppliers and internal users;

Ø Some other administrative jobs assigned by manager;

Ø Support Sustainability and Compliance Program with data analysis and record.

2.Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Bachelor or Master degree (2nd year student)

Preferred major of MBA, Management, Supply Chain and Logistics
