Responsibilities：1. Help the validation technician to flush the filter and perform the integrity test.2. Read plan for testing and equipment needs in advance. Prepare necessary equipment and filters (well in advance) to conduct the test in a timely fashion.3. Prepare the viability request form based on the questionnaire. Help to conduct some preliminary studies or special experiments as needed.4. Conduct some simple tests after training.5. Make recommendations on laboratory improvements, preparation exercises, and equipment as needed.  Make suggestions to improve test efficiency and process efficiency.6. Assist as needed with all areas that fall under the preliminary technician qualification: media preparation, equipment cleaning and maintenance, plating.7. Conduct required calibrations and maintain calibration records.8. Consumables receiving, check, test and storage.Requirements：一周出勤2-3天；能长期实习优先。浦东新区张江高科晨晖路88号（2号线张江高科站）
