Responsible for all daily Guest Services,Reception activities. 负责日常的前厅接待事务。MajorResponsibility主要工作职责 Daily check in, check-out,reservation and reception work.处理日常的入住、退房、预定及接待工作。Ensure correct handling ofbilling and administrative work, including the review and report archiving.确保正确处理开票和行政工作,包括审查和归档工作报告。Reflect good professionalimage of companies and individuals in daily work and keep a good communicationand coordination with partner of property.在日常工作及对客服务中体现良好的公司和个人专业形象,保持与物业合作方的良好沟通和协调。Requirements资质需求 Collegedegree or above, major in hotel management, tourism or graduate in languagerelated disciplines;大专以上学历,酒店管理、旅游类或者语言类专业毕业;Goodcommunication skills have good English or (Japanese / Korean) speaking ability;良好的沟通能力,具备良好的英语或(日语/韩语)口语能力;Goodgrooming;良好的仪容仪表;工作时间:9:00-18:00,做五休二,双休
