Position Responsibilities: - Analyzeand manage performance and business data from a variety of sources (e.g. adserver, DSPs, search engines, etc.) - Design and execute reports, dashboards, andvisualization solutions - Providekey support to the Media Service team in many aspects of digital mediacampaigns, including campaign analysis and optimizations - Manage campaign timelines and deliverablesacross internal and external teams - evaluate, improve, and develop internaltools and processes for data manipulation - Be the domain expert for statisticalsoftware solutions applied to digital media programs Position Qualifications: - Bachelor'sdegree or above preferably in Math/Statistics, Advertising,Marketing,Business, Information Sciences, Economics or related field - Experience with data analysis, Rprogramming/SAS/SQL/Tableau and relational databases - Strong analytical skills and a naturalaffinity for numbers - Strong English speaking and writing skills - Passion for solving problems with technicalsolutions - Previous experience in digital marketingand/or digital media, a plus 工作职能: - 负责多渠道项目数据(例如广告服务平台、需求方平台、搜索引擎等)分析和建模 - 根据数据结果组织撰写分析报告 - 高效地同美国团队交流合作,并及时汇报结果和进度 - 协调、管理项目进度和需求计划 - 评估,完善和发展进行数据操作的内部工具和流程 - 为统计分析工具在项目中的应用提供支持 职位要求: - 学士或以上学位,统计、数学、广告、市场营销、工商管理、信息科学、经济学或相关专业优先 - 有R, SAS, SQL, Tableau等数据分析软件使用的经历 - 具备较强的分析思维和技能 - 优秀的英语听说读写能力 - 善于使用分析工具,发现并解决问题 - 有相关数字媒体项目经验者优先
