全面了解金属类产品的测试过程
职位描述： Jobresponsibility工作职责
1.Fastener Incoming Inspection in Lab 实验室紧固件来料测试；
2.Testing per customer drawing or internationalspecification 根据客户图纸或国际标准；
3.Dimensional measurement、threadgaging and hardness testing 紧固件的尺寸、螺纹、硬度等测试；

Requirement/background职位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above. Majored inHeart-Treatment, metal material or quality engineer 本科及本科以上热处理、金属材料、质量工程相关专业；
2.Be familiar with manufacturing process offattener (raw material, heading, threaded, heat-treatment and plating) 了解紧固件工艺流程（打头、搓牙、热处理、电镀）；
3.Can operate caliper, micrometer, hardnesstester (Rockwell and Vickers), projector 会使用卡尺、千分尺、投影仪、硬度计；
4.Computer skill (word and Excel) 电脑操作技能。
