Responsibilities: Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously Record and control accurately wake up calls To accurately record, process the reservations in detail and maximize room sales through proactive selling activates Ensure the accuracy of the reservations received from all sources according to the resort room availability and rate structure Provide guest with update resort information on the resort product, including room type, room rate, F&B promotion, shuttle bus information and opening hour Page guests in co-operation with concerned departments and record all entries on traffic sheets Core Competencies: Good language skills in English spoken and written Skilled in computer, Office software operation, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint Positive working attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit Education/Certifications: Associate degree or above
职责:1. 能准确应答处理呼入、呼出电话。2. 准确记录并拨打叫早电话。3. 详细准确地纪录处理酒店预定信息,通过积极的销售手段将客房销售额最大化。4. 给客户提供度假村设施的最新信息,如房型、房价、餐饮推广、班车表、营业时间等。5. 与相关部门合作,必要时呼叫客户。记录下所有进入人员。
要求:1. 流利的英语读写技能。2. 熟练使用Office软件, 如Word, Excel, Powerpoint 等。3. 积极向上的工作态度,做事主动,责任心强,善于团队合作。
学历要求:本科及以上
