EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS1. Support localand international key accounts through whole lifecycle of projects bydelivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., business analysis, riskassessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and systemoperations. 2. Ability to writetechnical design specifications based on functional design specificationaccording to customer requirements. 3. Testing anddebugging of applications based on test cases. 4. Manage criticalcustomer situations. 5. Participate inonsite and remote service delivery for customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S.and Latin America.6. Optimize SAPsolutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.7. Deliverknowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES1. Bachelor degreeor above in major of Computer science, Software engineering, and IT related.2. Be able tocommunicate in English. 3. Detail-oriented,excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills. 4. Strong andconvincing personality for interaction with customers. 5. A real teamplayer with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly inan international environment. 6. Being able towork under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines. 7. Enjoying workingin a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.
