- Weekly report and follow up activity about low disk C situation
- Daily push support engineer to solve breached tickets and long runningtickets based on filtering the current queue- Monthly ticket handling report creation andanalysis
- Meeting minutes
- AS17 group coordination and meeting/workshop organization
- Process documentation
- Administrative related Requirements:
- Major in computer, telecommunication, information science etc.; - Fluent spoken and written English; - Good Microsoft office using skill;- Good team player;- Citrix knowledge is preferred;
