Knowledge And Skills: Preferably experience in Clinical Data Management Systems• Understanding of database and programming concepts, database structures, file structures• Preferably an understanding of programming/query languages• Some basic knowledge of data coordination processes and the progress of a clinical study• Ability to acquire and apply new technical skills• Ability to understand and to follow client business policies, tools, SOPs, regulations and guidelines• Ability to foster a good communication and collaboration within CDM and with clinical study teams• Demonstrates flexibility and works proactively• Ability to follow ambitious timelines and implementation plans while paying attention to details• Sufficient competence in English to understand study documents and correspondence Formal Education And/Or Experience Required:Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in a life science or mathematics-related area；Can work 3-4 days/week.

一、岗位职责：
1、 引导客户分流至相应区域办理业务；
2、 协助客户进行单据填写；
3、 作为营业网点的管理角色，维护日常厅堂环境，回答客户咨询提问，提升客户满意度；
4、 在做好服务工作的同时可向客户推荐合适的银行产品。（此项不做硬性要求，有额外奖金）
二、岗位要求：
1、 上海户籍
2、 形象气质佳，善于微笑，具有亲和力；
3、 全日制大专及大专以上学历，特别优秀者可适当放宽；​

实习工资2300，转正4000+，并有年底奖金和补贴
