Job Title: SAP Cloud Support Engineer (Intern) – Japanese SpeakerEmployee Type: Intern  Team: SAP Cloud Product Support China Travel: No Location: Shanghai  JOB DEscriptION
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESSAP Product Support makes sure thatthe core business processes of our customers run efficiently. We help ourcustomers to reduce the total cost of ownership and maximize the return oninvestment of their SAP Cloud solutions. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you willenable customers to implement and operate their SAP Cloud solutions efficientlyby providing state-of-the-art support services. In support capacity, you willbe responsible for the root-cause analysis of product and configuration issuesand solving incoming customer problems, which are reported online through CRMSystem or in direct contact with the customer. This will, at times, involveliaising with development. Utilizing team work, knowledge databases, problemsimulation and working remotely on customer systems, we resolve issues whileachieving excellent customer satisfaction and maximizing SAP’s value for thecustomer. You will be part of a team tasked with developing SAP SupportProcesses. As such you will need to have an open mind, be very flexible anddrive ideas on how to use the latest technology to optimize our customersupport.

We are looking for energetic andinnovative talents to build SAP Cloud Support in China, one of Global supportdelivery centers.
SAP Cloud Support covers allon-demand products from SAP, such as SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Cloud forCustomer, SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense etc. and SAP SuccessFactors.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS1. Analyze and resolve customermessages by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entriesor hardware parameters.2. Provide recommendations forimprovement regarding Product and Support process to Development Support.3. Provide consulting for customerson procedural issues and queries.4. Share knowledge with the team.5. Maintain Technical KnowledgeDatabase.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION1. First or Second year of MasterStudent candidates, Can meet 3 to 4 days full time per week and can last forsix months. 2. No specific requirements aboutmajor, in IT, engineering, science and other relevantdisciplines are preferable
SKILLS1. Sound language skills in both Japanese and English languages.2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written).3. Good knowledge in computer network, cloud computing and mobiletechnologies etc. will be a plus.4. Good knowledge in Business Application is a plus. MINDSETS1. Strong customer and quality focus 2. Good team player  3. Proactive work attitude to drive project/task from start tocompletion 4. Demonstrated problem solving/analytical skills5. Willing to learn new knowledge and take challenging tasks6. Able to handle multiple tasks in parallel 7. Self-motivated and goal achiever without close supervision8. High level of mental maturity  WORK EXPERIENCE 1. Not required2. Previous internship or working experience on a customer facingposition is a plus.
