Responsibilities:• Systematically screen and filter the subscriber database to find if there’s any information missing• Assist database marketing team to import or sort contents and pictures to the content pool according to certain categories• Sending emails to or calling readers, online subscribers, product users and event participants to ask for feedback or suggestions• Assist database marketing team in brainstorming about promoting customer satisfaction
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in advertising or marketing preferred • Proficiency in English, reading especially• Basic office computer skills• A person person, who is able to make cold calls and actively be in touch with readers/customers/users and subscribers
