The SAP Franchise for Success’s Center ofExpertise (CoE) team is a core driver of simplification of the sales excellenceby defining and deploying standards.   Weemploy a global operating strategy that drives a consistent set of executiondisciplines and process standards among core business operating areas startingwith SAP’s overall go-to-market and business planning activities through demandmanagement, deal execution, and forecasting, customer adoption, renewal, reinforcedwith closed loop performance management, etc. to create market agility whileorchestrating scale and efficiency to maximize profit margin.

THEROLE
In this position, as Intern for the SAPFranchise for Success’s Center of Expertise (CoE) team, you will work withdiverse business backgrounds business expertise from local and global team to assiston creation of efficient processes, repeatable practices, and supporting assetswith the guidance from CoE team mentors towards a smoother end-to-end executionin the field by adopting the concepts of Design Thinking,  LEAN processes improvement and qualitymanagement.
You will help the team members from CoEteam on the data analysis, understanding, filtering, and application of data tosolve business problems leading to smarter and more effective decision-making andengage in innovation projects to extend the capability of helping our businessusers to run their business better.

EDUCATIonAND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES1. Junior or first-grade post-graduatestudent in Operations Management, Finance and Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics,Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline.2. Strong analytical skills with theability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts ofcomplex information with attention to detail and accuracy3. Strong knowledge of and experience withMicrosoft Excel4. Knowledge of using statistical packagesfor analyzing datasets is preferable.5. Knowledge of SAP product is preferable.6. Fluent in English.7. Team player and interpersonal skills.
