SAP applications and services enable customers to operateprofitably, adapt continuously, and grow sustainably. Purpose & Objectives Services and Support Technology - Platformand Quality team (SST PQ) is a part of global Digital Business Services (DBS)organization in SAP. We closely cooperate with ourGlobal team and local development teams for fast innovations in services andsupport transformation, continuously improve customersupport experience by creating next generation support solutions and servicesapplications running on SAP cloud platform (SCP) and on- Premise backendsystems. As one important team for transformationand innovation, we operate DBS internal business systems, support applicationsthat deliver services to customers, and cooperate with develop teams toleverage application quality and secure level.
Expectations & Tasks
1. Monitoring Infrastructure business process;2. Trigger the support process based on monitoring result;3. Process internal incidents to resolve technicalproblems;4. Assistant to provide authorizations to supportcolleagues;5. Check and fix inconsistent between differentapplications;6. Create and improve documentation to advance supportofferings Educational Qualifications / Skills & Competencies
1.University student, will graduate in July 2018 onwards;2.Have time to work in 浦东新区哈雷路金科路2889弄长泰广场D栋 for more than 3 days per week, bothin semester time and school vacation;3. Excellent communication skills in both verbal andwritten English;4. Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Mathematics relatedmajor preferred;5. Knowledge in SAP Basis, Linux server, File server, Databasemanagement preferred;6. First Internship duration is 6 months, willingto extend for another 6 months is a plus.
