Global IT team has an immediate opening for a IT Support Engineer-Intern to support Amazon.com's
growing presence in the Chengdu
office. The IT Support Engineer-Intern will be extremely customer
focused and must have a good understanding of computer systems (both hardware
and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology.
They will work with his/her team and manager on resolving internal customer
computer related problem, will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to
new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of
