Position Summary: The logistics/Customer Service trainee is an integral part of the Shenzhen team and is
responsible to direct the logistics
activities of the Shenzhen WOFE to ensure products are meet company and customer
request. Essential Role
Responsibilities: General 1) To support the logistics officer to deliver the products to customer,
and complete the shipping documents in system, and collect the documents back
to the company-ANS process; 2) To support the logistics officer to pick up the products from vendor
site, and complete the shipping documents in system and collect the documents
back to the company-PUO process; 3) To support the logistics officer to collect delivery arrangement from
vendor; 4) To support the logistics officer to meet the customer’s delivery
request; 5) To update
daily delivery status to internal team and customers; 6) To manage
the third party inventory system in regular process, to ensure the data is most
updated in both system; 7) To support
the logistics officer to manage the customs clearance process, including the
process or normal trade and bonded area trade; 8) To provide
booking to logistics forwarder, to handle the export and import relevant
actions; 9) assist Project Manager on shipping process; 10) assist Project
Manager on data inputting for statistical reporting QUALIFICATIONS
1)
University students in senior grade; 2)
English skill for
advanced level, English major preferred; 3) IT skill mainly focusing on Excel, outlook,
Word, PPT, etc. Others 1)
5 days working, holiday per government
guideline 2)
