 工作职责: 1. 负责将各种不同类型上海迪士尼度假区游客反馈问卷通过程序编写转换为电子版本，并且完成相应测试和维护 2. 负责处理各种不同类型的数据，包括可以使用一些高级的统计分析软件进行数据分析 3. 对于一些标准化报告，使用一些自动化报告生成平台以快速生成报告 4. 负责硬件和软件的维护，包括用于收集游客反馈数据硬件和软件的维护和升级，以及小组座谈会硬件/软件的连接等等 5. 协助建立和维护上海迪士尼度假区游客数据库 基本要求: 1.
本科及以上学历。有市场研究或相关行业工作经验者优先 2.
有较强的逻辑思维能力，对数据有较强的敏感性，有较强的数学基础以及统计分析能力，注重全局又同时关注细节 3.
熟悉HTML和JavaScript。能够熟练运用各种数据收集与分析平台，尤其有ConfirmIT经验者优先。 4.
熟练运用Microsoft Office,包括Excel, Word, PowerPoint等 5.
了解各种统计分析软件，例如 SAS等优先 6.
有较强动手能力，包括对于用于数据收集的平板电脑的维护和软件升级，小组座谈会所需设备的维护和升级等 7.
良好的团队内部以及跨团队的合作精神 8.
良好的书面和口头沟通能力，有英语沟通能力者优先 9.
能够在快节奏的工作环境下保质保量的完成工作 10.
有较强的学习/自学能力，能够不断提升自己以及整个团队的专业能力 11.
必要时，能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日
Position Responsibilities:
1. Creating,
testing and maintaining various types of electronic surveys using commercial
survey design software 2. Data
processing, including using some statistical software 3. Creating
and maintaining standard report using auto report platform 4. Hardware
and software maintaining, including hardware and software maintenance and upgrade
that are used for data collection, and streaming for FGD etc. 5. Assist
with creating and maintaining SHDR guest database
Qualifications
and Requirements: 1.
Bachelor’s degree
or above. Market research or related industry working experience is preferred 2.
Strong logic
thinking, sensitive to data, strong mathematical and statistical analysis
ability. Detail-oriented but with a focus on big picture. 3.
Familiar with HTML
and JavaScript. Familiar with various data collection and process platform,
especially ConfirmIT is preferred 4.
Proficiency in
Windows environment and Microsoft 5.
Basic knowledge of statistical
software, including SAS etc. is preferred 6.
Good practical
ability, including hardware and software maintenance and upgrade that are used
for data collection, and streaming for FGD etc. 7.
Good team spirit
within the team and across the team 8.
Good written and
oral communication capability, good English communication is preferred 9. Can deliver
high quality work in a fast-paced environment 10.
Strong learning and
self-learning capability, to keep improve the whole team’s professional skill 11.
Full availability is required, which means
shifts are scheduled at night, weekends and holidays |
