 Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1.Assist compliance team to set up and/or update company's guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance with Roche Group Code of Conduct, global policies, relevant local and international laws, industry code and HCP Guideline; 协助合规团队建立和/或更新公司指引及标准操作流程,确保上述指引及流程遵循罗氏集团行为准则、集团政策、相关国内及国际法、行业规范和公司HCP Guideline的合规要求; 2.Support compliance training with tailored training materials to various audience group, e.g. general staff, Sales Rep., people leaders, distributors, and vendors etc. and coordinate the logistics on training and workshops; 协助为不同的群体制作相应的合规培训材料并进行相关培训,例如:普通员工、销售代表、团队主管、经销商和供应商等;协调培训的组织安排。 3.Draft and prepare documentation to record company's compliance efforts; 草拟和准备文件以记录公司的合规工作; 4.Support company's Compliance Board, Compliance Operation Team and internal Compliance Team Meetings; 为合规委员会,合规运营团队及合规部内部会议提供支持; 5.Other tasks assigned by line manager 主管安排的其它工作。
Job Requirements 职位要求 1.University degree or above with a major in law / Fin. / Economics 本科及以上学历,主修法律/财务/经济 2.Fluent English writing and speaking 流利的英语能力 3.Good command of MS office software application 熟练掌握MS office软件应用 4.High integrity 正直诚信 5.Self-motivated, clear thinker, good communicator, excellent team player and ability to work independently under pressure 富有进取心,思路清晰,沟通良好,善于团队合作,有抗压能力 6.一周四天以上,能实习6个月以上优先 More than four days a week, can practice more than 6 months priority |
