Perform necessary data collection at customer
site. Respond to routine customer requests. Provide technical support and execute basic tool
installation/upgrade test plans. Familiarity with customer use case. Understand what information is considered proprietary and
what can be made available to customers Learn KT systems, customer’s processes, and
standards. Work on well-defined objectives or tasks of limited
scope. Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing
problems. Receives some guidance in planning and execution of tasks
Requirements: Present Graduate Student (Science
or Engineering). Semiconductor knowledge is preferred. Understand engineering principles
and techniques related to area project activities. Working knowledge
of major system components and their interactions. Master Microsoft Office
applications. Fluent English. |
