The Legal Department of Henkel China is needing one legal intern (法律部实习生) .

Company: Henkel (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

Location: Henkel APAC & China Headquarters. Building 7, The Springs Center

No.99 Jiang Wan Cheng Road，Shanghai, P.R. China; (上海市杨浦区江湾城路99号尚浦中心7号楼，汉高亚太及中国总部)；Subway Line 10 (近地铁10号线三门路站).  

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide various support to daily legal team's activities, you will do

- Legal research and legal translation;

- Contract management, transactional documents proofread;

- Legal support to corporate affairs related work etc.

Requirement: able to work 3 days at least per week;

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master background 

- Bar qualification preferred

- Fluent in written and oral English

- Good knowledge of MS office 

- Good communication skills 

- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
