 岗位职责: 1.负责计算机网络系统的日常维护和管理; 2.负责系统软硬件的调研、询价、安装、升级、保管、维护等工作; 3.负责软件有效版本的管理,并及时更新或预警; 4.负责公司网站内容的更新及维护; 5.进行办公设备的日常维护及管理、技术档案维护; 6.处理网络及计算机故障; 7.领导交办的临时性工作。 任职资格: 1.本科以上学历,计算机相关专业优先; 2.对IT感兴趣,并能解决日常的计算机相关问题; 3.熟悉路由器、交换机、防火墙的网络设备的设置与管理; 4.学习能力强,较好的沟通和协作能力,极强的执行力和沟通能力,具备良好的服务意识; 5.要求一周至少有3天实习时间。 Responsibilities: - Handle and resolve end user’s incidents and service requests; - Hardware and workstation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; - Provides escalation support to helpdesks and may provide support to end users directly or by emails as requested. - Support In-house Service System, PBX & Network systems; - Create and maintain documentation for all implemented networks; - Update IT inventory records monthly; - Stock-take software licenses installed in offices and report installation of any pirate/illegal software installed; - Perform other duties assigned by the Department Lead. Requirements: - Undergraduate junior or below. Major in CS, EE, CSE or IT related discipline; - Familiar with MS Windows, MS Office, Mac OS, Firm's e-mail system (MS Exchange); - Ability to work independently, takes initiative, prioritize multi-tasks and meet deadlines. - Good at oral&write English and Chinese. - Good record-keeping skills - Ability to establish effective working relationships within the department, Office and Firm, and with clients, vendors and others outside the Firm; - At least 3 days per week on duty, ASAP. |
