Job Description:
1. Be responsible
for office stationery management; 2. Scheduling
department regular meeting and booking the meeting room; 3. Department time management. Such as check associates’ attendance, change shift, etc; 4. Create purchase requisition in SAP system; 5. Preparing quality documents submitted to
customers; 6. Customers reception; 7. Daily work in workshop.
Requirements:
1. Graduate in 2019 or later; 2. College degree; 3. 6 months internship, above 4 working days per week; 4. Inventory of related knowledge and strong willingness to learn; 5. Strong interest in cross-cultural communication and cooperation; 6. Good proficiency in foreign language.
