Key Responsibilities and
Job-Related Characteristics:
1. In charge of contract reviewing and drafting
in both English and Chinese for our marketing, sales and other business
function, participate in
negotiation, interpreting existing contracts and relevant PRC legislations, and
perform translation when needed; 2. Provide general legal
advice for the daily business operation. 3. Monitor and keep up with the newest change of laws and regulations which
may impose a compliance issues in the business operation in China and propose necessary adaptation solutions for the new changes; 4. Provide legal advice and support for dispute settlement and litigation
and arbitration procedures; 5. Handle corporate affairs
including registration with SAIC, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
Requirements:
1. LL.B or master of law from a prestigious law school. 2. Legal working
experience in international law firm, famous local law firm or multinational
company, is preferred. 3. PRC Bar while oversea education and/or working experience are preferred. 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 5. Having business sense when cooperating with other business departments. 6. Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a team member. 7. Fluent Mandarin and English
speaking and writing. 8. At least can attend 3 days per week, last for 3
months and above
