岗位职责：

• 调研和分析经济与房地产。

• 分析并组织调研数据，制作预测模型和展示。

• 根据调研数据、分析和预测模型，撰写经济和房地产市场报告。

• 负责市场分析、需求评估、尽职调查、可行性研究、财务建模和其他咨询类工作，领导区域和国际房地产/基础设施/经济发展/旅游项目。

• 在营销和业务发展新机会中起关键作用，包括向客户演讲。

• 客户管理。

• Conduct economic and real estate research and analysis. 

• Compile and organize research data to produce projection models and presentations. 

• Document research data, analysis and projection models into economic and real estate market reports. 

• Market analysis, demand assessment, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling and other advisory work for leading regional and international real estate / infrastructure / economic development / tourism projects 

• Plays a key role in marketing and business development of new opportunities, including conducting client presentations. 

• Client management. 

任职要求：

• 经济学、房地产/土地管理，城市规划或产权相关专业硕士及以上学历。

• 有旅游业、基础设施、工业或交通经济行业实习经验者为佳。

• 良好的数理能力，对社会经济数据分析有经验。

• 强烈的责任感、求知欲，希望在一个不断变化的、执行力强的团队环境中工作。

• 细心热情。

• 熟练应用微软Office软件。

• 优秀的普通话沟通和写作能力，英语熟练者优先。

• Master degree or above in Economics, Real Estate / Land Management, Urban Planning or property related disciplines.  

• Intern experience in the tourism, infrastructure, industrial or transportation economics an advantage. 

• Good numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis. 

• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment. 

• Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
